Project Scope and Preparation
Upon receiving instructions, Momentous immediately embarked on meticulously planning operations. This included scheduling warehouse deliveries for condition checks and reporting.
Warehouse Reception and Inspection
Each bed destined for the hotel was initially delivered to our warehouse where they were systematically inspected by skilled personnel. Any discrepancies, such as damages or missing parts, were promptly documented and reported to the relevant stakeholders to facilitate swift resolution.
Precise Delivery and Bed Installation
After a brief period in our secure storage, the beds were delivered with care to the hotel. Working with the onsite team, Momentous meticulously installed different-sized beds in accordance with the floor plans.
Overcoming Challenges
Our teams had to work hard around the age-old problem of rooms not being quite ready, and also not being able to use the lifts to deliver some of the larger items. Whilst our skilled joiners were required to expertly batten headboards to walls, further enhancing the durability and stability of the installation.
Clean up and Debris Removal
Following the installation of the beds, Momentous took proactive measures to ensure that the hotel premises remained pristine. All debris generated during the installation process, including packaging materials and any waste, was promptly removed from the site.
